Sales Terms

The following conditions apply to the sale of warehouse goods:

The updating of the list of warehouse products does not occur automatically; if the desired product has been sold in the meantime, the claim will not be satisfied.
The sale includes products whose quantities and descriptions are listed under the separate heading “Products in stock.”
Products are sold as they are at the time of sale. This means there is no option to request additional services such as painting or installation.
The products available for sale come with a 5-year warranty when installed according to the installation guidelines.
The merchandise is located at Norges Hus Nova factory in Kalesil. To view and reserve products, please use the contact form.
After reserving the goods, they must be paid for and picked up within 3 working days and taken away within 10 working days.
If there are multiple interested parties for the same item, it will go to the one who made the reservation first.
We also provide transportation of goods for an additional fee.

Joint connections

Not all wooden carports are created equal. Some carports are built with different materials, and some have different features that make them stand out from others.

One of the features that can make your carport better is the use of tenon and mortise joints. These joints are a traditional form of woodworking that has been used for centuries. They involve a protruding tenon on one piece of wood that fits into a mortise (a hole) on another piece of wood. The two pieces are then joined together with a locking mechanism, creating a strong and durable joint.

Packaging methods

The products are packed in a waterproof plastic, which can endure outdoor conditions for over a month without any damage whatsoever. Additionally, separate details are partitioned with strips to ensure air circulation and prevent wood from molding.

Order Fasteners Kit

You can also order a set of fasteners for an additional 250€, which includes all the necessary screws, hex bolts, post shoes, and everything else you need for erecting the structure. Polyurethane adhesive is also included for joining the mortise and tenon joints.

All the necessary attachment points and methods are shown on the technical drawings. To ensure simplicity, position drawings and numbered components are also included.
